Exemption Compliance with House Bill 23-1099: PTSR and Application Fee Policies

Brownstone Investments LLC and the landlords we represent do not collect an application fee until after a lease is signed. Accordingly, under House Bill 23-1099 (C.R.S. § 38-12-904), we are not required to accept Portable Tenant Screening Reports (PTSR) from applicants.

A $99 application processing fee per apartment will be charged after lease signing to cover background checks and application processing.
