All residents are required to maintain a personal liability insurance policy for the entire lease term, including any holdover periods. This policy must provide a minimum of $300,000 in coverage for Personal Liability toward third parties per incident, a minimum of $20,000 in coverage for Personal Property, and a minimum of $5,000 in coverage for Medical Payments.
